WE DO NOT ASK YOU TO PAY A CANCELLATION FEE IF WE CAN FILL THE APPOINTMENT WITH ANOTHER CLIENT.
Your Massage Therapy appointment is reserved exclusively for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the office scheduling policies. We understand that on occasion something may prevent you from attending your scheduled appointment.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
- There is no charge if you provide us with at least 24 hours notice.
- For same day cancellations with notification at least 2 hours notification prior to their appointment time we ask that you pay 50% of the originally scheduled appointment fee.
- For cancellations within a 2 hour window of their appointment, or for clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification, we ask that you pay the full amount.
We have an extensive waiting list of clients looking for appointments and our team works very hard to fill the appointment if you provide us with enough time to find someone to fill the appointment. Again, our goal is to find another client so that we do not have to ask you to pay a cancellation fee.
We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, our therapists not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.
We appreciate your understanding in this matter. Our Therapists' time is all they have and missed appointments cost them significantly because they remain idle.
Thank you for your understanding.
