What should I expect during a massage or stretch session?

We offer one-on-one massage and assisted stretch sessions in comfortable private rooms. Your massage session is tailored to your particular needs and our therapists are happy to educate and collaborate with you. Whether you want take-home techniques for a more active role in daily maintenance at home or just want that quiet, blissful hour of massage work to relieve the stress, let us know.

What is your cancellation policy?

WE DO NOT CHARGE A CANCELLATION FEE IF WE CAN FILL THE APPOINTMENT WITH ANOTHER CLIENT.  

Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Please note:

  • There is no charge if you provide us with at least 24 hours notice or by 5pm previous day.
  • For same day cancellations or after 5 pm previous day to your appointment time, you are required to pay 50% of the originally scheduled appointment fee.  
  • For multiple same day cancellations, or for clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification, we ask that you pay the full amount.
