Buying a LaRose Muscular Therapy Gift Card for a special person in your life is simple:

Step 1: Please click on the "Buy a Gift Card Now" button below
After clicking below a new tab will open where you can purchase the gift certificate.
Step 2: Decide how much you want to add to the gift card
Step 3: Fill in the gift card information
Enter the dollar amount you have decided on where it says “Enter a gift card amount,” this is underneath where it says “Gift Certificate at $0.00.” You can enter any amount of your choosing.

Be sure to fill out who the gift card is going to, who the gift card is from, a title for the gift card (e.g. Happy Holidays, Happy Birthday, etc.), any personal message you want to leave for the recipient, and the recipient’s full name.

Check the box “send recipient the gift card via email” so you can enter your recipient’s name and email address. If you want to give the gift card to the recipient yourself, enter your email in the recipient field. You can also decide if you would like to send the gift card now or schedule it for future delivery.
Lastly, click on "Make Purchase" to proceed to the Check Out to make your payment
