LaRose Muscular Therapy
Move Better. Live Better.
Suffering from sore or tight muscles? Finding it difficult to relax? Looking to ease discomfort?
Your goals are the starting point.
Better movement is not just about exercising. It is about being able to participate more fully in your life.
Maybe you want to:
• Walk up and down stairs with greater confidence
• Get on and off the floor more easily
• Keep up with your children or grandchildren
• Return to walking, gardening, golf, or pickleball
• Feel safer and more comfortable while exercising
• Continue progressing after physical therapy
• Improve your balance, mobility, and strength
• Stay active and independent
True Motion begins with what matters most to you. We then create a personalized plan to help you move toward that goal.

What is True Motion?
True Motion is a private, one-on-one corrective exercise program that helps you move better, reduce pain, improve mobility, and build strength. Every program is customized to your body and guided by a trained specialist, so you’ll always know exactly what to do and why you’re doing it.
Who is True Motion for?
True Motion is ideal if you:
Who is NOT a good fit?
True Motion is designed for people who want to improve how they move through consistent coaching.
If you’re looking for bodybuilding, high-intensity workouts, sports performance training, or an open gym environment, another program may be a better fit.
How is True Motion different from a gym?
A gym gives you equipment.
True Motion gives you a personalized plan, professional coaching, and accountability. Every exercise is selected specifically for your body, goals, and abilities, with your specialist guiding you every step of the way.
How is True Motion different from personal training?
Traditional personal training often focuses on fitness, weight loss, or athletic performance.
True Motion begins by improving movement quality, mobility, balance, stability, and functional strength before progressing to more advanced exercises. The goal is to help your body move the way it was designed to move.
How is True Motion different from physical therapy?
Physical therapy is designed to diagnose and treat injuries or medical conditions.
True Motion is a corrective exercise and wellness program that helps you continue improving movement, strength, and function after therapy—or if you simply want to move and feel better.
What happens during my Movement Assessment?
Your Movement Assessment includes:
If True Motion is a good fit, we’ll explain your program options and answer any questions. There is never any obligation to continue.
Why do I need a Movement Assessment?
Every body moves differently.
Rather than placing everyone into the same exercise program, we first evaluate how your body moves using functional movement testing and Kinotek technology. This helps us identify movement limitations, imbalances, and opportunities for improvement before recommending a program that’s personalized specifically for you.
What is Kinotek?
Kinotek is an advanced movement analysis system that evaluates how your body moves.
It helps identify mobility limitations, movement compensations, and asymmetries so we can make more informed recommendations and better track your progress over time.
What kinds of movement tests will I perform?
Depending on your goals and abilities, your specialist may assess:
Every assessment is customized to your comfort level and abilities.
What happens after my Movement Assessment?
If True Motion is right for you, your specialist will recommend the program that best fits your goals, schedule, and assessment findings.
You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, review your options, and decide whether you’d like to move forward. There is never any pressure or obligation.
What is the Foundations Plan?
The Foundations Plan is our introductory program.
It’s designed to teach proper movement, build confidence, and help you experience our coaching approach. You’ll also receive personalized homework through the Everfit app to reinforce what you’re learning between sessions.
Many clients notice early improvements, but lasting results come from consistency over time. Think of the Foundations Plan as the first step—not the finish line.
What is the Progression Plan?
The Progression Plan is our structured 12-week coaching program.
You’ll meet with your specialist once each week while completing two personalized homework workouts each week through the Everfit app. This combination of guided coaching and independent practice helps reinforce proper movement patterns, build consistency, and create lasting results.
What is the Transformation Plan?
The Transformation Plan offers our highest level of coaching and accountability.
You’ll meet privately with your specialist twice each week for approximately 12 weeks. Because of the increased coaching frequency, additional homework is generally not necessary.
This option is ideal for clients who want the highest level of support and the fastest path toward improving how they move.
Which program is right for me?
Your specialist will recommend the program that best matches your goals, assessment results, schedule, and commitment level.
Our recommendations are based on what we believe will give you the greatest opportunity for long-term success.
Will I be sore?
You may experience mild soreness when beginning a new program, but our goal is safe, steady progress—not exhausting workouts.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable workout clothes and supportive athletic shoes that allow you to move comfortably.
Do I need exercise experience?
Not at all. Many of our clients have never followed an exercise program before. We’ll teach you every movement, explain each exercise, and guide you through every session at a pace that’s right for you.
Can you work around injuries or physical limitations?
Yes. Every exercise program is customized to your abilities and limitations. If you have a significant medical condition, we may recommend consulting your physician before starting.
Is every session private?
Yes. Every True Motion session is conducted one-on-one with your specialist in a private setting.
Will I have homework?
Yes. Both the Foundations Plan and the Progression Plan include personalized homework through the Everfit app. These exercises reinforce what you’re learning during your coaching sessions and help build consistency between visits.
Clients in the Transformation Plan typically do not require additional homework because they meet with their specialist twice each week.
Is True Motion covered by insurance?
No. True Motion is a wellness and corrective exercise program and is not typically covered by health insurance.
What if I miss a session?
If you need to reschedule, our team will do our best to find another appointment within your program guidelines whenever possible.
How long does it take to see results?
Many clients notice improvements in mobility, balance, strength, and everyday movement within the first few weeks.
The greatest results come from consistency—attending your coaching sessions, completing your homework when assigned, and following your specialist’s recommendations.
