Hip Flexor Pain

Hip Flexor Pain

Receiving routine massage for your hip flexors can help relieve pain and tightness, and can lead to significantly improved and better-balanced movement. Once the hip flexors become stiff, they often start shifting the overall alignment of your pelvis and low back. When untreated you may have a hard time bending over to put on your shoes; it will throw your balance off, and then you may experience knee pain. Massage on a regular basis can help to increase mobility in hip movement, relieve some pain and stress on the hip joint itself, and help assist correct pelvic alignment.
