Plantar Fasciitis

Plantar Fasciitis

Plantar fasciitis is stabbing pain near the heel and usually most painful with the morning’s first few steps or after extended inactivity. It’s inflammation of the plantar fascia ligament that runs across the bottom of your foot and connects your heel bone to your toes, which triggers stiffness and heel pain. Deep tissue massage therapy is recommended for relieving strain for plantar fasciitis.
